At Knifewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new kitchen tools. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused item back in its original box and use a sturdy shipping carton with ample padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our blade experts inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
